Cassie Zoellner has served Signloc Title and Escrow as a closing agent and manager since the company’s inception. A Denver native, Cassie graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and has worked in Real Estate and Finance in various capacities since. Currently, Cassie manages an exceptional team of closing agents providing closing services across the Denver Metro area.

Title Officer

Eric Syvertson has been in the Title Industry with over 20 years of experience. Knowledgeable with commercial, residential, development, rehab, mountain, agricultural and everything in between. Eric prefers a hands on approach and prefers to work directly with agents and clients to make Title Insurance transaction a smooth and painless process with the greatest care to customer satisfaction.
